worked on my Samsung phone but a OnePlus phone and it will never connect. when I click on my device in the app it just sits there with a little fire above the stove forever but never connects. if I pull up my old phone which I don't use anymore I can still connect so there must be issues with different versions of Android. Until it is resolved I can't give this app anymore Stars because it's junk now to me.

it worked fine until it didn't! Junk i bought the Konnected Joe about a month ago and love the grill. Everything was fine until during a long slow cook today, it quit showing probe or grill temps. App says hit power button to connect...nothing. tried reinstalling the app....nothing. It's not working on iPad or Android. Not happy!

Doesn't stay connected to Konnected Joe. When re-pairing because it won't keep seeing the Joe, it will repeatedly tell me my password is wrong when it's not. Takes multple attempts to re-pair so it can work for 30 minutes. Firmware says it's up to date. Bought a connected device that won't stay connected.
