Keepwise is a private, offline-first reminder app for important tasks that are easy to forget because they happen infrequently.

Use Keepwise to manage:

• SIM/eSIM activity and mobile plan renewals
• Domain, certificate, and membership renewals
• Passport, driver’s license, and document expiry dates
• Vehicle, appliance, and device maintenance
• Health checkups, follow-ups, and recurring responsibilities
• Other important one-time or repeating tasks

KEY FEATURES

Flexible recurrence
Create one-time tasks or repeat them by a fixed number of days, monthly, or yearly. Choose whether the next date is calculated from the actual completion date or the original schedule.

Clear status overview
See overdue tasks, tasks due today, and tasks due within 7 or 30 days. Important deadlines are easy to identify at a glance.

Local reminders
Receive notifications at the time you choose. Keepwise can also check reminder status to help you identify notification settings that may prevent alerts.

Calendar synchronization
Optionally add deadlines to your system calendar. Calendar events can be created, updated, or removed when you manage the related task.

Monthly calendar
View upcoming tasks by month, with lunar dates and commonly used holidays when available.

Completion history
Mark tasks as complete and keep a history of previous completions. Pause or archive tasks that are not currently active.

Categories
Organize tasks with your own categories. Add, rename, or remove categories whenever your needs change.

Private notebook
Record maintenance steps, customer service notes, reference information, or other useful details in a separate notebook.

Backup and restore
Export and restore your task data locally when moving devices or keeping a personal backup.

Custom appearance
Choose light, dark, or system display mode and select from multiple color themes.

Chinese and English
Use Keepwise in Simplified Chinese or English.
