Your receipts and invoices live in your own Google Drive — and your own AI can read them.

Kichitto is a receipt and invoice manager for solo founders, freelancers and sole proprietors in Japan.

1. CAPTURE — receipt scanning
- One-tap capture with automatic edge detection, auto-shutter and perspective correction
- AI OCR extracts date, amount, vendor and the Japanese qualified-invoice number (T-number), then appends one row to your Google Sheet
- Mixed tax-rate receipts (8% reduced + 10% standard) are itemised per rate
- Imports from PDFs and your photo library

2. ISSUE — invoices and receipts
- Save your clients once, then issue an invoice by picking one
- Issued documents are saved as PDFs in your own Drive
- Book the income right there, without leaving the app

3. CONNECT — AI integration (MCP)
Connect Kichitto to your own Claude or ChatGPT and your AI can read your books directly.

- "Total this fiscal year's expenses by account category"
- "Find the receipt from XYZ Corp" (answers with a link to the scanned image)
- "Reconcile this bank statement against my books and list what's missing"
- "Check for duplicate entries and missing invoice registration numbers"

Found a missing entry? You can add it right there. Every write goes through propose -> your
confirmation -> execute, with server-side validation of tax amounts, totals and account
categories. Existing records can never be modified or deleted.

Note: AI integration uses your own Claude / ChatGPT account and is available on every plan.

PRIVACY
