Kidola – The application that simplifies life for childcare facilities (crèche, after-school, day center, relay house)

Kidola is a tool designed for all the people who bring your structure to life on a daily basis: educators, managers... and parents! An all-in-one solution, simple, intuitive and joyful, which facilitates management, improves communication and frees up time for those who really matter: children.


For parents:

--> No more loose sheets at the end of the day: I can find all the elements of my child's day: photos, activities, meals, etc.
--> Am I going to be a few minutes late this evening? I inform the team from the application.
--> What is the reception schedule next week? I check my child's schedule on the phone. If necessary, I can even make requests for additional reception or notify of an absence.
--> I had to make do because the daycare didn't have all the hours I wanted? Kidola informs me in real time of availability in the event of other children withdrawing.
--> At the end of the month, I can view my invoices and their status.

For the educational team:

more time with the children, less paperwork. With Kidola, I easily document the children's day: check-in, meals, naps, etc. Everything is done quickly from a phone or tablet.

No more need to fill out 15 tables, take out 2 binders. Everything is centralized, intuitive and centralized: Allergies, People authorized to pick up the child, Emergency contact, PAI, Authorizations --> I find everything in 2 clicks.

Kidola is not a tool that is added to my daily to-do list. It's my work tool to save time and lighten the mental load. I have to remember that Leo is leaving early today and that we have to ask Lea's parents for a change of clothes, on top of everything else? Kidola sends me reminders and I can quickly consult my colleagues' notes to stay informed of discussions with parents.

For management:

Kidola allows me to better manage my establishment and control it in real time. I can track attendance, schedules, staff ratio, absences, overtime of professionals and much more at a glance.

With Kidola, I manage everything from pre-registrations to invoicing, from quotes to end-of-contract adjustments. Tax certificates, exports for my accountants, everything is generated effortlessly.

And if I manage several structures, I simply switch from one to the other. Kidola offers complete visibility and allows me to optimize reception.
