See where your family is on a shared, private map. Set up arrival and leaving alerts for the places that matter — home, school, work. Sharing keeps working in the background so you don't have to reopen the app to update the map.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create a private family group and invite people with a simple 6-character code
• Watch each other on a live map without needing to text "where are you?"
• Save places like home, school, or a friend's house and get an alert when a family member arrives or leaves
• Share your battery level so no one worries when your phone's about to die
• Pause your own sharing at any time from the Profile tab

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
• Your location is only visible to members of family groups you have joined
• We do not sell your family's location data
• We do not use your location for advertising
• Invite codes rotate whenever someone leaves a family, so old codes stop working
• You can delete your account and personal information at any time from inside the app or by emailing support

WHY BACKGROUND LOCATION
Kinlynk needs "Allow all the time" location so the family map stays fresh when the app is in the background or your phone is locked. Without it, your family only sees your last-known position from when you last opened the app. We prompt you for this permission with a clear explanation before Android asks — you are always in control of whether to grant it.

WHO IT'S FOR
Kinlynk is intended for adults to use with their families, with the consent of every group member. It works well for parents keeping in touch with grown children, partners coordinating school runs, extended family staying in the loop, and small groups of friends.
