For those who sell on WhatsApp and no longer want to chase after outstanding payments.
Kipago keeps track of each client's outstanding balance and sends reminders for you. Always from your own number, the one your clients already know. The recipient responds with a tap, in the usual conversation.
• No more manually collecting payments one by one
• No spreadsheets or notebooks to check
• No need to remember to send reminders
WHAT YOUR CLIENT RECEIVES
A message from you on their WhatsApp. No installation required, no account to create. They tap "I already paid" and you know instantly. Or they tap "Pay with Pix" and receive the code to paste into their bank app. The money goes directly to you. When they confirm, the receipt is generated automatically in the same conversation.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect your WhatsApp. Once, at the beginning. From then on, the collections will come from your own number.
2. Add your clients. One by one or directly from your contact list. You can group them: the Wednesday group, the monthly plan customers, those who pay on the 10th of every month.
3. Send the invoice. Description, amount, send. After that, Kipago sends reminders automatically (Premium) and notifies you when someone confirms. If the invoice repeats every week or every month, you can schedule it. And a sale can be split into up to 4 installments: you send the first one, and the others are sent automatically, one per month.
YOU SEE WHO PAID
You open the app and you already know: how much you have to receive, what has already been received, and who said they paid. Each customer has their own page, with the entire history. And each group shows who has already paid and how much is outstanding.
YOUR CONVERSATIONS REMAIN YOURS
• Messages come from your number, not Kipago's. Your customer sees your name at the top of the conversation, as they always have.
• Kipago does not access the history of your old conversations or your contact list.
• Kipago doesn't replace your WhatsApp: you continue chatting with everyone in the same way, on the same number. It only handles the billing part. (When connected, WhatsApp disables some features on your number, such as temporary messages, single view, real-time location, and broadcast lists.)
• The money never passes through Kipago. Kipago does not process, hold, or transfer money. Payment goes directly from your customer to you, using your Pix key or the method you agree upon.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
• Every new account starts with 3 months with everything unlocked, counted from your first charge.
• After that, the free plan sends to up to 5 customers, with a manual reminder for each charge, and installment sales continue to go through automatically. Automatic reminders and recurring charges are from Premium. When the subscription is available, the price appears within the app, charged by the store itself, before you pay anything.
• Kipago doesn't take a cut of your money: no percentage of what you receive, nor any fees on your payments. The only separate fee is WhatsApp's own (Meta) fee per sent payment, defined and charged by Meta, not Kipago.
WHO IT'S FOR
For those who sell and receive payments via WhatsApp: those who resell cosmetics and semi-precious jewelry, those who do nails and hair, those who give private lessons, those who train students, those who deliver meals, those who make cakes to order, those who rent. If your sale happens in the conversation, your payment can too.
