Event2Guide — a working tool for a guide and tour company manager.
Everything that previously required a laptop and a back office is now in your pocket:

• TOUR REGISTRATION — add visitors in 30 seconds: ticket type, quantity, contact — done. Protection against duplicate entries.

• PAYMENTS — accept payment to the guide’s wallet or by QR code. Partial payments, on-site additional payment, instant confirmation.

• VISITORS — a list of tour guests with statuses: paid, confirmed, present. Mark attendance with one touch, mass operations for the group.

• PAYMENTS — tour expenses (transport, entrance tickets, meals) with payment statuses. Make payments to the supplier directly from the route.

• GUIDE’S WALLET — cash balance, receipts and payments for the tour. The cash register is always reconciled with the company’s accounting system.

• CHECKLIST — a list of tasks for a tour from the office: what to take, who to call, what to check before starting.

You only see your tours — those where you are assigned as a guide or responsible.

The application works with your company's accounting system (Odoo + Kitworks Event Suite). To log in, you need an account issued by the company.
