Kooindaa is built on one principle and four ways to protect you.

The principle:
Never collect your personal or health data, never allow a third party to do so, never centralize it on a server. You stay in control of your data, on your phone and, where applicable, on your tags.

The four ways:
• Give you a tool to create emergency identification tags that first responders anywhere in the world can read with an NFC-enabled smartphone, with or without the app.
• Offer you clear, secure medication tracking that you can use on your own or with others.
• Help you prepare your medical appointments, so you arrive calm and leave informed, with your own summary.
• Let you control every piece of data entered in the app and choose who you share it with, securely.

Ready in 90 seconds: create your first emergency profile and program your first NFC tags. The app provides resources and a step-by-step guide to design your own emergency or medication tracking tags.

Works on smartphones with an NFC reader, in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.

TREATMENT TRACKING
Track your medication and your loved ones’ with peace of mind:
• When was the last dose taken, and when is the next one due?
• How long does the treatment last, and how often should it be taken?
• What instructions did the person who set up the tracking leave?
• What is the use-by date once opened?
Whether you handle the tracking alone or share it with a caregiver, a parent, a nanny or a babysitter, Kooindaa lightens the mental load and makes handing over from one person to another easier.

EMERGENCY PROFILE
The vital information you choose to make available in an emergency is encoded in your NFC tags and visible to first responders in a single gesture: allergies, treatments, instructions, contacts to notify. Anywhere in the world, a simple NFC-compatible smartphone is all it takes, with or without the app, in six languages.

SECURE SHARING
Share a treatment or an appointment with the person of your choice, in complete confidentiality: every share is logged on your phone.
Each link is encrypted and can only be read in the app, with your code. This code, which only you hold, is sent separately to the person of your choice. Even if a link is sent to the wrong person by mistake, your tracking stays unreadable without it. From end to end, you control access to your health data.

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
Arrive prepared (reason for the visit, symptoms, questions to ask) and leave informed (what you remember, the doctor’s advice, treatment to follow…). After the consultation, write your own summary to keep it in the app, find it easily or share it with your loved ones.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
No account is required, no server centralizes your information, and your data is never collected, neither to be monetized nor to build a profile. Your data stays with you.

SUBSCRIPTION
The emergency profile and creating your NFC tags are free.
Treatment tracking and medical appointments are included in the Kooindaa subscription (3 months or 1 year), with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is handled directly by Google Play: Kooindaa receives no personal or banking data.
Anyone you share a treatment with accesses it for free: a caregiver, a nanny, a babysitter or even your doctor, it’s your choice.
