Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for years and played thousands of games with friends and family members, but lately the game is literally unplayable. at least half the time I try to play my next turn, the game load screen just spins for 10 seconds and then nothing happens. Multiple attempts. closing the app, clearing the cache, reinstalling the app...same issues persist. in addition, the ads are brutal and they pop after every single turn, plus they are a minimum of 30 seconds.

I always enjoyed this game and just started playing it again. I'm not sure if it's a bug or something was updated, but the size of the board cuts off my letters so I can't see what to play. Sent an email to support and hope they can fix it. Edit: Reducing from 2 to 1 star because I was told to update the app but there are no updates available. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. Dev wants me to change my rating but it will stay at 1 star until the issue is fixed.

I have loved this game since I came across it, but there seems to be so many bugs in it now. Update: Thank yous bunches for fixing those annoying bugs. HELP! Is there any way you can get rid of that annoying Shein pop-up ad? That is the single most annoying ad on the entire internet, and not just on this app. I can't tell you how many game boards I've lost trying to get out of it.
