Sign contracts and PDF documents with your SAT e.firma (electronic signature), in any order you choose, and verify any signed document by its folio number.
HOW IT WORKS
• Upload a PDF or share it to La Poderosa via WhatsApp, email, or Files.
• Invite signatories via email. Each person will receive their own link.
• Tap on the document where your signature will appear and choose how it looks: your name in italics, your initials, your signature drawn with your finger, or a picture of yourself.
• Sign with your e.firma. Your private key and password never leave your device: only your certificate, which is public, and your signature are sent to the server.
• Save your e.firma on your phone, protected with your fingerprint, and sign without having to search for files next time.
• Each signature includes a timestamp from a third party. Once finished, the document is sealed, and anyone can verify it by its folio number on lapoderosa.app.
NO ACCOUNT NEEDED FOR THE SIGNATURE
The person receiving the link can sign in their browser or from the app, without registering. And there are no passwords to log in: a link is sent to your email.
LEGAL VALUE
The signature is an advanced electronic signature backed by a valid SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) certificate. Between private parties, it produces the effects recognized by the Commercial Code, Articles 89 to 97. La Poderosa does not issue certificates, does not provide public attestation, nor does it establish a certain date.
