POS is the counter app for LaundryVerse — the operating system for laundry shops, built by an actual laundry owner who got tired of cash discrepancies and lost orders.

This is what your front-desk staff uses to take in laundry, charge the customer, and start the clock — while the back-of-house team sees the order appear on their station boards in real time.

WHAT YOUR STAFF DOES IN POS

• Open a shift with a starting cash count — Z-reading at end of day takes one tap
• Take an order: pick the customer (or add a new one in 3 seconds), select services, set weight or piece count
• Print a QR tag for the bag — that tag follows the order through wash, dry, fold, release
• Charge the customer: cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or save on account
• Print a thermal receipt or skip the paper entirely
• Manage walk-ins, pickups, and ready-for-claim from one Kanban board

WHY THIS EXISTS

Generic POS systems treat laundry like a coffee shop — ring up an item, hand it over, done. Real laundry shops have orders that take hours or days, customers who pay later, partial pickups, lost ticket scenarios, and weight-based pricing that changes mid-flight.

This app handles all of those because it was designed for them, by someone running an actual laundry shop in Cebu.

REQUIREMENTS

• A LaundryVerse account — start with a 14-day free trial at laundryverse.app
• An Android 7+ tablet at the counter (10" recommended for the Kanban view)
• Optional but recommended: a thermal receipt printer and a thermal label printer for QR tags

PRICING

Plans start at ₱999/month for a single branch, with discounts for multiple stores and yearly billing. Trial is full Pro tier — no credit card required to start.
