LeaseBOSS is a hunting lease manager built for the way small clubs actually work. The lease manager sets up the property, the stands, the rules and the dues. Members join with an invite code and handle the rest themselves — reserving stands, checking in, picking up work, logging harvests.

STANDS AND RESERVATIONS
Every stand on a satellite map with a dropped GPS pin. Ladder stands, box blinds, towers, ground blinds, feeders, cameras, gates and camp. Reserve morning, evening or all day. Set how far ahead members can book and how many hunts they get per week — the app enforces it so you don't have to.

WHO'S IN THE WOODS
One tap to check in: "I'm on Stand 4." Everyone sees who's on the property and where, in real time. The app reminds you to check out after dark so nobody comes looking. This is the screen your members will open most, and it's a safety feature first.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS
Feeder fills, camera cards, food plots, road and lane clearing, stand repairs. Assign a job to somebody or leave it open to claim. Set it to repeat every 10 days and the next one creates itself. Members finish a task with a photo so you know it actually got done. Feeder tasks log corn by the pound, so the lease tracks corn usage across the season.

WORK WEEKENDS
Post the date, everyone RSVPs, attendance is tracked. You'll know who showed up and who didn't.

CAMP CHAT AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A chat channel for the whole camp with photos, and a separate announcements channel only managers can post to — so gate code changes don't get buried under trail cam pictures.

HARVEST LOG
Species, sex, points, spread, weight, stand, date, tag or MLD number, and a photo. Set an 8-point minimum or a doe quota per member and the app flags anything outside the rules for the manager to review.

DUES
Set season dues for every member at once. Record payments as they come in. You see who still owes; members see only their own balance.

RULES AND DOCUMENTS
Lease rules, gate codes, and emergency info in one place, with a members-only setting that hides the sensitive ones from guests.

BUILT FOR BAD SIGNAL
Most leases don't have bars. Check in, check out, finish a task and log a harvest with no service at all — it saves on your phone and sends itself when you get back to the highway.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Stand locations are visible only to active members of your lease. Not to us, not to other clubs, not to anyone with the app.
