Ratings and reviews

I just downloaded the app and entered my info such as birthdate, phone number, address etc, but then the next screen that came up said, "We've hit a snag. Please review the information provided is correct." I went back to double check and everything I entered is accurate. Does this just mean that I can't use the app?

Could even get past the initial set up page. So if day it's not very helpful at all. Kind of sucks in fact.

Couldn't even get through the registration process. It would not let me complete the registration process due to having something wrong with my information even though there wasn't anything wrong with it.
