Could even get past the initial set up page. So if day it's not very helpful at all. Kind of sucks in fact.

I just downloaded the app and entered my info such as birthdate, phone number, address etc, but then the next screen that came up said, "We've hit a snag. Please review the information provided is correct." I went back to double check and everything I entered is accurate. Does this just mean that I can't use the app?

Didn't work at all. I entered all my information correctly but it "keeps hitting a snag"
