ON-DEVICE MODELS SIZED TO YOUR PHONE
Loka runs Google's Gemma and Alibaba's Qwen open models locally and automatically chooses the right size for your device's RAM: a fast, light model for any phone, up to a larger model with image understanding on higher-memory devices.

CONNECT TO OLLAMA FOR MORE POWER
For more power than your phone can give on its own, connect Loka over Wi-Fi to a computer on your home network running Ollama. You get bigger local models, longer context windows, and faster replies, without your conversation ever leaving your own network.

PERSONAS WITH REAL MEMORY
Set up personas for training, writing, health, or everyday conversation, such as Sage, Muse, Dr. Wren, or Atlas, or build your own, and each keeps its own memory of you. Every fact Loka remembers is listed on a memory page with the date it was saved. Edit or delete anything, anytime.

OPTIONAL CLOUD FEATURES, FULLY TRANSPARENT
Web search, image generation, and deep research require the internet, so they're opt-in. Before any of it leaves your phone, Loka shows you exactly what's being sent. You approve it, or you don't.
