About this app

Lokis is a work mobile application designed for employees of companies that use the Lokis information system.
The application serves as a tool for everyday tasks in the field or at the workplace - from recording patrols to checking attendance to writing records.

Lokis is not a publicly available application - it is used only within the corporate environment. Only employees with an assigned account and NFC chip have access to the application.

Main functions of the Lokis application:

Login using NFC chip and password
Each employee logs into the application simply and securely using the assigned NFC chip and their password.

Object patrols
Employees can record walks and inspections of objects in real time. The system records the date, time and location, thereby increasing security and transparency.

Attendance and shifts
Clear records of working time with the option to view the next shifts. The employee has immediate access to their schedule.

Indicative reward
Displaying the estimated amount of reward for time worked helps to better plan and motivate employees.

Logbook
The ability to write records, notes or reports directly in the application. All entries are securely stored and available for processing.

The Lokis application was designed with an emphasis on ease of use and reliability in the field. It is optimized for Android devices and designed to support the effective work of employees in various types of services - for example, security services, building management, or facility management.

For secure data storage, the application requires the user to have a screen lock set (PIN, gesture or biometrics).
