About this app

Loopclass is a free class schedule planner and student planner: your school timetable, study schedule, homework planner, exam tracker and grade tracker in one app, so you see your whole week at a glance.

Class schedule and school timetable
• A weekly class schedule planner and timetable: day, start and end time, room, teacher and a note.
• Alternating weeks A/B for schools and universities with a two-week timetable.
• Add your own subjects with your own colors. No presets, no limits.

Homework planner and exam tracker
• Add homework, exams and other tasks with a due date and time, a subject and a note.
• Flag a task as high priority so it stands out in your list.
• Repeating tasks: daily, weekly or monthly. Tick one off and the next one appears.
• Mark tasks as done and keep the list clean.
• Several reminders per task, from 10 minutes to 1 week before the deadline.
• Exams get extra reminders 1 day and 1 week ahead by default.
• Add study sessions as tasks of the type Other, and Loopclass works as a study schedule planner too.

Grade tracker, averages and GPA
• Record grades for each subject, including grades for homework, not only exams.
• Give every grade a weight: the weighted average is calculated for you.
• See your overall average and GPA (4.0 scale). Use percentages or points, letters A-F, or the Polish 1-6 scale with + and -.

Home screen widgets
• Next class widget: your current or next class with a live countdown and the room.
• Tasks widget: your next open tasks. Close them right from the home screen.

Reliable reminders
• Reminders are scheduled again after you restart your phone.
• Class times are stored as local time, so changing the phone's time zone does not shift your lessons.

Backup and new phone
• Sign in with Google (optional) to back up your planner to your own private Google Drive app folder.
• Open Loopclass on a new phone, sign in, and your schedule, tasks and grades come back.
• Edited the same item on two devices? The most recent change is kept.
• We run no server of our own: your planner stays on your device and in your private Drive folder. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

Free, with no limits
• Every planner feature is free: no limit on subjects, tasks or grades.
• The free version shows one small banner ad.
• Optional one-time Premium purchase removes the ad. No subscription.

Close the loop
• Today's ring: every task due today is a segment in its subject's color. Finish them all and the day closes.
• Streaks for days you close every loop, a level that grows with every task you finish, and six badges with progress toward the next one.
• A short note when a grade is your best yet or lifts your average.
• Every effect has its own switch, plus Minimum and Maximum presets. Overdue tasks get a calm label, never a red counter.

Design
• Light and dark theme that follow your phone, and your own color for every subject.

Loopclass works without an account and without internet. Sign in only if you want backup and sync.
