About this app

Loyalee for Business is the app for businesses that use Loyalee. Use it to create digital stamp cards, give stamps and redeem rewards. Your customers keep their cards in the Loyalee app.

How it works
1. Add your store with its name and address.
2. Create a stamp card. Choose the reward and how many stamps it takes.
3. Show the card's QR code at the counter. The customer scans it in Loyalee and gets the card.
4. When the customer buys something, a staff member scans the customer's card and gives a stamp.
5. When the card is full, the customer shows the reward. The staff member scans it and redeems it.

In the app you can
- create one or more stamp cards, for example one for coffee and one for bread
- invite staff and give them access to the store
- see how many stamps you have given and how many rewards have been redeemed, for today, the last week, month or year
- end a stamp card that is no longer in use

Staff use their own phones. You do not need to connect anything to your checkout system or buy extra equipment.

Loyalee suits any business that sells something customers come back for: cafés, bakeries, hairdressers, car washes and more.

Getting started
1. Download Loyalee for Business and sign in with your phone number.
2. Tap Add store and send us your business details. We will get in touch and give your business access.
3. Add your store and create your first stamp card. We will help you, in person or by phone.
