About this app

Luna is a paid, ad-free screen filter for Android. Apply an adjustable red or amber tint and extra dimming over other apps for low-light viewing.

Luna requires Android's display-over-other-apps permission to draw the filter. Android may hide overlays on protected screens, payment surfaces, DRM video or apps that block overlays. Those limitations are controlled by Android and the other app. You can pause or turn off Luna at any time.

Optional tap compatibility:
Luna works without Accessibility. If an app stops responding to taps under the filter, you can choose to enable Luna Tap compatibility. This optional service is off by default. It uses Android's accessibility overlay window to keep the filter visible while your taps reach the app below. The service cannot retrieve screen content, receives no accessibility events, does not perform gestures, and collects or shares no data. Luna explains the feature before you choose whether to enable it in Android Settings. You can turn the service off at any time and continue using the ordinary filter.
