Lume is a non-custodial interface for tokenized U.S. equities and other real-world assets on the Solana blockchain. Hold American stocks, gold, treasuries, and major indices in your own wallet — settled on-chain, verifiable on Solana, accessible 24/7 from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN HOLD
• Tokenized U.S. equities — NVIDIA, Apple, Tesla, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, Coinbase, MicroStrategy, Netflix, AMD (xStocks issued by Backed Finance under Liechtenstein blockchain-asset law, with underlying shares held in licensed Swiss custody)
• Major indices — S&P 500 (SPYx, VOOx), NASDAQ-100 (QQQx)
• Commodities — Gold (GLDo), Silver (SLVx), Oil (USOx)
• U.S. Treasuries — TLT (TLTo), short-term government debt (Ondo Finance)

ON-CHAIN SETTLEMENT
Every transaction settles on the Solana blockchain through publicly auditable smart contracts. There is no central order book, no Lume-operated counterparty, and no broker holding your assets. Your non-custodial wallet signs each transaction and the swap routes through open-source decentralized aggregator protocols (such as Jupiter) to non-custodial liquidity. FUND IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY
Convert local currency to USDC through Onramper Technologies B.V., an EU-regulated technology aggregator (Netherlands Chamber of Commerce 76602877) that exposes a curated set of independently-licensed Fiat Gateways. Available rails include UPI (India), AED card and bank transfer (UAE), naira bank transfers (Nigeria), credit and debit cards, and SEPA — together covering 27 jurisdictions including Australia, Brazil, Canada, the European Union, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Licensed providers include MoonPay, Banxa, BTCDirect, Coinify, Onmeta, onramp.money, Revolut, Sardine, Transak, and Uphold — supervised by FCA, DNB, FinCEN, AUSTRAC, FINTRAC, the Bank of Lithuania, the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit, the Liechtenstein FMA, FIU-IND, BAPPEBTI, VARA, and other competent regulators.

NON-CUSTODIAL BY DESIGN
Your wallet, your keys, your assets. Authentication is provided by Privy. Lume does not custody funds, hold private keys in any recoverable form, or take possession of your tokens. Every asset visible in the app lives on-chain in your own Solana wallet — not on Lume's balance sheet.

WHAT LUME IS NOT
Lume is a software interface, not a broker, exchange, money services business, or money transmitter. We do not match buyers and sellers, do not custody funds, do not convert fiat currencies, do not set exchange rates, and do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokenized assets are issued by independent third parties (Backed Finance, Ondo Finance) under their respective regulatory regimes. Fiat conversion is provided exclusively by independently-licensed Fiat Gateways aggregated through Onramper.

GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY
The app is available in App Store storefronts where one or more Onramper Fiat Gateways are appropriately licensed. United States residents and residents of comprehensively-sanctioned jurisdictions are not eligible. The on-ramp automatically restricts available providers based on user location.
