Macoui is a marine weather and isochrone routing application designed by a sailor, for real-world use at sea.
Built for offshore sailing, long-distance cruising, and low-connectivity environments, Macoui focuses on **clarity**, **simplicity**, and **true offline operation**.
Clear and practical marine weather
- Fast and readable marine weather visualization
- Simple map-based interface inspired by proven navigation tools
- Side-by-side use of multiple weather models to support decision-making

- GFS 0.25°
- GFS 0.50°

Isochrone routing for offshore sailing
- Weather-based route calculation
- Designed for ocean passages and long crossings
- Routing as a **decision-support tool**, not an automated pilot
The navigator remains in control at all times.
True offline mode
- Download GRIB files in advance
- Full functionality without internet access
- Reliable use offshore and in remote areas
Local cache management ensures continued operation even when connectivity is lost.
Multiplatform and onboard-friendly
- Works on **phones, tablets, and computers**
- Optimized interface for onboard use
Macoui is currently in **beta**:
