Maelo: Tattoo Booking App

Maelo Inc

About this app

Maelo helps tattoo artists organize the work around each appointment.

Review tattoo requests, keep reference images with each project, and follow the next steps from enquiry to appointment. Use the calendar to view your schedule and manage availability for individual dates.

Keep client details and conversations together. Share flash designs and offer a client hub where people can review their project and booking details.

With Maelo you can:

- Review incoming tattoo requests and their reference images.
- Organize appointments and date-specific availability.
- Keep client records and project conversations in one place.
- Manage flash designs and booking information.
- Give clients access to their project through a client hub.

New artist registration currently requires an invitation code. Existing artists can sign in with their Maelo account. Clients access the booking information shared with them by their artist.

What’s new

Take a payment in parts: some in cash, the rest on card, and Maelo adds it up and marks the balance paid when it's covered. Your client list now shows each client's last or upcoming appointment. You can move a booking onto another appointment when you mean to, after a clear warning. The app opens faster, with a new launch screen. Plus calendar sync fixes and polish throughout.
