Hello Support Team, I am writing to request an immediate refund for a transaction of ₹1,999 that was deducted from my account today, February 2, 2026. I signed up for the 3-day free trial, but I was charged the full subscription amount immediately. I have already cancelled the autopay to prevent further issues, but I require a refund for this erroneous charge. Transaction Details: Merchant: Google Play / Mambo Date: 2 Feb 2026 Amount: ₹1,999 Issue: Charged during the intended free trial period.

The idea of this app is cool, but there are less features than I expected. I almost uninstalled it right after installing it but I gave it a chance. The app is cute but even the options for creating your avatar are not so interesting. And you must pay for almost everything you wanna do using the App. I hope the developers can improve the app soon! :)

Don't bother installing the app. Not worth it. The app aesthetics is cute but there aren't much features. I can't even remove/delete my account. There's no chat feature. Just calls.
