Manolibre is the right-hand man for freelancers who work with their hands full.
It answers your business WhatsApp messages for you, schedules appointments, and prepares quotes—while you're working or sleeping. All from your phone, in a single app.
It's 10:40 PM and someone asks for a price in German. When you check, it's already been answered—in German—and the appointment is in your calendar.
YOUR CALENDAR, NO TWO APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME
Before accepting a time slot, the calendar checks if you're actually available: your schedule, your breaks, your blocked days, and how many people you can accommodate at once. If there's no slot, it suggests another.
Reminders are sent automatically, 24 hours and 2 hours before, and the client receives them in their language. You can change the deadlines.
And you have your daily tasks on the same screen as your appointments.
DICTATE THE QUOTE, THE PDF OUT
Say it with your voice: "Quote for Laura, 850, installation included." The document appears with your prices, your logo, and your tax information, ready to send.
The client opens it from a link and accepts or signs it from their mobile device, without installing anything. Once accepted, the invoice is generated in a single tap.

EXPENSES, WITH A PHOTO OF THE RECEIPT
Take a photo of the supplier's invoice, and the app extracts the name, tax ID, base price, VAT, and total. You simply review and confirm.
YOUR CLIENTS, WITH ALL THEIR RECORDS
Each client has their own profile: what you've done for them, what you've sent them, what they owe you, and their payment status. Import them from your mobile address book without having to type in a phone number again.
Consent is recorded with proof of signature and date. GDPR compliant, no hidden checkboxes.
ALL YOUR MESSAGES IN ONE INBOX
Manolibre connects to your existing WhatsApp Business account. Same number, same chats, and you continue writing from your mobile as always.
What changes is what happens next: appointments are noted, clients are saved, reminders are scheduled, and those who haven't responded are notified.
If a client writes in German, French, or Dutch, the assistant replies in their language. Seven in total: Spanish, Catalan, English, German, French, Italian, and Dutch. You dictate in Spanish and see both versions before sending.
You're in control: you can always reply, allow the assistant to access messages only outside of business hours, or turn it off with a single tap.
ASK YOUR BUSINESS
Connect Manolibre to Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions using your own data: how much you billed each month, which quotes are still unanswered, who you owe a response to. Asking questions is free; to create or change something, it asks for your permission first.

Plumbers, electricians, renovation companies, painters, hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons, physiotherapists, restaurants, workshops, cleaning services, gardeners. Freelancers and micro-businesses that work on-site or at clients' locations and don't have anyone in an office.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO YET
The invoices it prepares are pro forma: they serve to agree on and request payment, but they are not the official invoice for tax purposes. It doesn't answer the phone. It doesn't collect payments on your behalf.
