my app keep closing it doesn't open if I open it afer some seconds it closes itself back 😓😓

*UPDATED REVIEW* It says there was an update for the app but after updating it, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK ANYMORE! IT STAYS FROZEN AT THE LOADING SCREEN AND IF I DO GET IN, THE MESSAGE BOX TO CHAT DOESN'T APPEAR SO I CAN'T EVEN READ WHAT I'M TYPING. I think it's time I let go of this app and stop using it because it barely works and there's no way to contact support anymore because their email doesn't work.

This was my first time time using character ai and it was really fun.I liked using the free version and wish messages could be increased to 200 as well as being able to add/create at least 10 characters!I've also noticed some repetitive scenarios while chatting.Maybe even adding a voice/call feature would be a nice upgrade. I think that with little improvement the app could be even better :)
