I have been playing this app for a few years now and it is steadily getting worse. I have emailed multiple times about issues I have with the Spin the Wheel feature ( have almost 200 spins I can't use because wheel doesn't stop) and not receiving my last $100 gift card (in January 2024) redeemed. No one answered any of my 5 or 6 emails. My Redeemed button is missing so I couldn't check on the progress of gift card. The ads are many and repetitive and the prizes few, 1 in 2 months, very sad.

I had never heard of this game before downloading it... But it looked pretty neat and the concept is amazing... Play games, win prizes... Ok no problem. Except in order to advance within Fortune Island, you have to download and play a bunch of other games. Again, not a huge problem unless you're extremely limited on storage space on your mobile device. Now, where I DO have the problem is that there are a BUNCH of ads, no matter what game you play... And often times the ads are SUPER repetitive.

I been playing this app since last November. I've won a few times. The wins were spread out. So, you have to be more patient. The sound and graphics are great especially the bowling ! When you win you usually get your prize within a few days. The only main things I don't like are sometimes there aren't enough prizes to enter and the ads can be way to repetitive and long. I plan on playing and hopefully winning more as long as Fortune Island is around. Thanks so much for the wins and being real.
