In the Municipality of Mérida Yucatán, we innovate to offer you better services for your benefit and that of our city, because With You, Mérida is Better.

In this new version we implement the following new features:

- We added better functions, tools and shortcuts for reporting the most requested services.
- NEW! Visible pothole and grate clearance, where you can immediately and easily report these services, just by confirming your location.
- With the “Quick Reports”, we take you by the hand so that your report is more agile, simple and you can add the information you consider, such as detailed location, photos and/or videos.
- In “My reports”, you will be able to identify the status of your report from the beginning until its attention.
- The “Report Catalog” will offer you a wide range of topics that you can now report from the app.
- From the “Municipal Catalog”, you will access the most used regulatory improvement tools as well as obtain direct guidance on any procedure and service.

Remember, with Mérida Móvil you can:

- Make reports 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Follow up on your reports made.
- Consult and receive guidance on all City Hall procedures and services.
- Report many more municipal issues.
- Know the vacancies on the job board and apply for them.
- Learn about the cultural events of the day.

No funciona bien en Android. Cuánto se hace click sobre las opciones aparece una pantalla negra.

La aplicación no pasa del logotipo del gobierno de Mérida.
