Nodd puts a short stretch between you and the apps that eat your day.
Pick the apps you want to block. When you open one, Nodd steps in with a pause screen instead of the feed. Do a 10-second guided stretch and you get a timed session in the app. That's the whole loop.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your apps. Social media, video, news, games - anything on your phone.
2. Get intercepted. Opening a blocked app brings up a pause screen showing how many times you've already opened it today and how long you've spent in it.
3. Stretch, then scroll. Three illustrated moves, animated and timed. Neck
tilts, turns, chin tucks and shoulder rolls, all designed for a phone held in
one hand, in bed or on the couch.
4. Get your session. 5, 10 or 25 minutes, set per app. The timer only counts
time actually spent in the app, so backgrounding it doesn't burn your window.

move, times the hold, and trusts you.
- No account, no signup. Everything stays on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.
- No streaks, no points, no currency. This isn't a game you're meant to keep
playing.
- Never a hard wall. A press-and-hold bypass is always on screen. It grants a
shorter session than stretching does, so skipping stays possible but never
free.

PERMISSIONS NODD NEEDS
Nodd uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect the moment a blocked app
comes to the foreground, so the pause screen can appear right away. That is how the blocking works, and it is the only thing the service is used for. Nodd does not read screen content, collect personal data, or use accessibility for any other purpose.
Usage Access provides your screen time and pickup counts.
Display over other apps draws the pause screen.
A battery optimization exemption keeps blocking from being silently shut down by the system.
You can revoke any of these in Android settings at any time.
