If your building management uses My Condominium, you log in with the username they provide and have all your building management needs taken care of from your phone—no calls, no lines, no paperwork.

• Pay online with digital wallets, cards, or bank transfers using a unique CVU (Virtual Uniform Account) for your unit: copy and paste the information into your wallet, and the payment is automatically credited.

• Download your condominium statement in PDF format with a detailed breakdown of expenses and the code to pay at the cashier.
