Scooters look nice and powerful, but there's nothing good on the inside. 1. I never had such a slow and weak scooter before. 2. The app double debits money. I needed to pay 1000 as a preride deposit, but they took it twice in a 5-second interval

Long awaited scooters, good to see they are in Mimo. However the app needs a lot of work in the UI and Interaction. For example, the "Scooter Pin" (which shows where the scooter is) is sometimes stretched. Black text on dark gray button (for example, the disabled Ride button, pressing which you need to scan the QR code), is a bad design. Moreover, the position doesn't match to the Bike/Scooter switch. And the mentioned switch has design flaws with the slider image and is positioned at the edge.

I've tried to use it, but was not able to add card, the app is not user friendly, it takes me >10 min to understand how to use the scuter, but i was unable becouse of card issue, plese make the usage simple
