About this game

Potionaut is a calm color sort puzzle set in a night-sky alchemy lab. Tap a bottle, tap another and pour. Stack the glowing potions until every bottle holds a single color, and watch each finished bottle seal with a cork.

There are no timers on levels and no move limits, so you can think every pour through at your own pace. It is easy to learn, and the puzzles grow deeper as you travel through the lab: a relaxing brain game and logic puzzle for a short break or a long evening.

How to play
- Tap a bottle to pick it up, then tap another bottle to pour into it.
- Pour onto the same color or into an empty bottle, as long as there is room.
- A bottle seals when it holds all four layers of one color.
- The level is solved when every bottle is sorted.

More than a classic water sort
If you enjoy water sort, liquid sort and potion sort games, the first levels will feel familiar. Then new ideas arrive:
- 500+ levels: 20 handcrafted starter levels, levels 21 to 500 generated in advance and checked to be solvable, and new levels created for you after level 500.
- Hidden layers: some potions start hidden and show their color when they reach the top.
- Corked bottles stay closed until enough pours have been made on the board.
- Chained bottles unlock once you seal a bottle of the key color.
- Frozen layers thaw after pours into the bottles next to them.
- Tall and short bottles change how much each one can hold.

Boosters when you are stuck
Undo, Hint, +1 Bottle, Shuffle and Reveal are there when a puzzle has you cornered. Once Undo unlocks, each level includes 3 Undos, and you earn coins by solving levels to spend on more boosters.

A journey through five realms
Follow the level map through the Moonlit Lab, Crystal Caves, Ember Forge, Tidal Vault and Starfall Spire. Claim daily rewards on a 7-day calendar, and keep a win streak going for bonus boosters.

Achievements and leaderboards
Sign in with Google Play Games to earn 16 achievements, from your first solved level to level 500, and compare your highest level and best win streak with other players. Play Games is optional, and the game plays the same without it.

Comfortable to play
- Colorblind mode adds a clear symbol to every potion color.
- A fast animations setting speeds up pours and transitions.
- Reduce motion turns off decorative movement.
- Sound, music, haptics and daily reminder settings.
- Plays offline. Ads and purchases need a connection.

Good to know
- Hearts: you have up to 5 hearts. Reaching a dead end, or leaving a level after making a move, costs one heart. One heart refills every 30 minutes. Levels 1 to 15 never cost a heart.
- Ads: optional rewarded ads give extra rewards. From level 22 there is a banner during play and an occasional ad between levels.
- In-app purchases: Remove Ads turns off the banner and the ads between levels (rewarded ads stay optional), and coin packs and bundles are available.
- Potionaut is made for players aged 13 and older.
