I spent thousands of MTRX on a parcel in Neon City. I spent hundreds more to buy a building and upgrade it. Less than 2 days later I was moved to a different city and lost my parcel and building and can't contact customer service about it. I haven't tried to withdraw yet but I've lost a lot of confidence in this project. *UPDATE* I emailed customer service and they refunded my spent MTRX, so I'm giving 2* more. Hopefully, I can withdraw

Reloaded starts with claims of system update new app just like old version which they make updates for bot while new app w same error message on brand new app??? wrote support email. still can't access. on e I can I'll change this rating. I just wanna mine again plz. 😪

withdrawal stuck in pending for over 5 months. will change to 5 stars once my withdrawal is finished. support has been terrible
