I think the Get Assist app is really useful and great for making life a bit easier. Been using the app to connect with my community as well as find many reputable service industries. Being able to make a request from anything from a haircut, to building an addition on your house and everything in between all in one place is pretty cool. First time I made a request for hair salons nearby, I had 4 responses almost instantly. Having the variety is nice. Would recommend to anyone!

As a business owner moving to a new area I was excited for this app to help re-establish myself in a new area. I've been on it for 7 months and although I recieve lots of leads most of the time the app won't load so I can't get on to respond to messages or if I click on a lead then I have to pay for that lead after paying $400 initially to register. It was never mentioned in my multiple phone calls with customer service that I'd have to pay extra fees for the leads. The app is not user friendly.

SCAM! Neat business structure, Utterly useless support staff. I'm only trying to cancel because I dont have the time to take on any more jobs! Wouldn't be so bad if the leads worked I'm on the monthly subscription because I were explicitly assured that I cancel at any point. Several emails back and forth trying to cancel the plan, all they've done is turn off auto renewal at the end of the 12 months. no explanation on why they cant cancel it outright, just a run around DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!
