About this app

Itqan is a companion for practicing Tajweed — for learners building a daily habit, and for the madrasas, Islamic schools, and teachers who run classes.

Test yourself on any Tajweed rule, or join your class with a code and take the quizzes your teacher sets. Teachers build practice quizzes in minutes — write questions yourself, or let Itqan draft
them from a topic or from a photo of a worksheet you already use. Every AI-drafted question is reviewed by the teacher before any student sees it.

PRACTICE ON YOUR OWN
• Sign up without an institution and test yourself with self-quizzes on any Tajweed topic (e.g. Idghaam, Madd, Qalqalah).
• Build a daily habit with a rule-of-the-day card, in English or Arabic.
• Try a sample quiz before creating an account.

FOR TEACHERS
• Create classes and share a join code — students join in seconds, no roster uploads or spreadsheets.
• Generate a quiz from a Tajweed topic and a difficulty level.
• Scan a paper worksheet with your camera; Itqan reads the questions and turns them into a draft quiz for you to review.
• Review and grade student submissions, with the answer key alongside each response.

AI-ASSISTED, TEACHER-CONTROLLED
Itqan uses AI to help draft questions, but every classroom quiz is reviewed and approved by a teacher before release. The AI is an assistant, not the authority.

PRIVACY
Itqan does not show ads and contains no advertising trackers. We collect only what the app needs to work: your account email and name, your institution and class data, and quiz content, plus crash
reports and push tokens so we can fix bugs and deliver notifications. Worksheet photos are used only to extract the questions and are not stored on our servers. You can delete your account and its
content from inside the app at any time.
