apparently the app won't show the details it needs to show when you have map services subscription such as parked location. ive contacted support multiple times but non of them really tried solving the issue and instead told me to do something that the app didn't let me or didn't exist in the app.

Poor. Lack of basic information and not easy to follow. This app just gets worse. Will not link up with my vehicle. It really is no help at all. Why can Lexus not recognise that their vehicle owners are mostly dissatisfied ? I am fed up with it and will add this to the negatives surrounding Lexus backup on this otherwise excellent car.

Edit: Seems to work now. No complaints other than lack of features. A warning about unlocked doors etc. would be really useful for example. Have to agree with most people, quite a buggy janky app. Won't load car data and asks to wait 10min to retry and never seems to work. Quite embarrassing for a high end car to have such a dumpster fire of an app.
