I got a package and one shirt was missing. Contacting customer service is so difficult, wasted my money...

Fisrt time using this app for online purchase. The product is absolutely a reject product but they still send it. I try to return it, but the process n service is so much slow, super slow. Finally even if the mistake is from them, a very bad quality control of the product, you'll still be the one who must pay the shipping cost. I ordered t-shirt via this app. I've done the payment before due date but payment status was still waiting until It got cancelled. My account balance has decreased bcs of the payment, but still got cancelled. They say i havent done my payment yet. Very bad application. Very bad online shopping experience. Customer service is very bad, got no refund solution until now.
