Neosurf is the biggest BS app scam ! First of all I don't understand why Google Play store even has them? I find that very unprofessional deceiving by Google! I don't understand how online merchants have them as an option? I bought a voucher and I tried to use it online. abox appears that says you must upgrade to premium to make this purchase!! Unable to properly attach PDF for verification Constantly an error message that says no internet connection! Support is absolutely horrible!

Zero stars.I added money for one vendor and it turns out the vendor recently declined neosurf payments (gee i wonder why). When I tried to withdraw the funds to my bank, it tells me I've exceeded the maximum threshold for withdrawals. Website says one withdrawal every 10 days. I haven't used my account in months. It won't let me upgrade to bypass this. Tells me my credentials are wrong (even though I'm logged into the app??). They have yet to respond to any of my 3 emails.

Please do not buy Neosurf anymore. I already know several people who have been scammed in Belgium. I thought it was a defect in their phones, and I bought a €20 voucher myself. It is impossible to use, it freezes you a lot, it asks you security questions that are useless. The code never arrives on your phone. It is a defective server.
