About this app

NewDate Appointment Management is an operational tool for business owners and their employees. Hair salons, nail salons, beauty parlors, massage parlors, and other appointment-based businesses, as well as teams that dispatch services such as plumbing, cleaning, and repairs, can all manage appointments, scheduling, and accounting using the same system.

This is the merchant-side tool; customer appointments are accessed via the web version, not within this app.

【Today's Workbench】 Upon opening, you'll see today's tasks: upcoming appointments, pending orders, and a daily overview. No need to search for dates, people, and orders separately.

【Order Management】 ・Browse by status in paginated format, supporting filtering and searching

・Add orders, edit orders, switch statuses

・Complete breakdown of costs: services, add-ons, venue fees, discounts, taxes, and stored value credits

・Price ranges can be confirmed on-site and then updated.

【Dispatch Module】 Teams providing in-home services can create work orders, assign personnel, report completion on-site, and take photos for documentation. EXIF ​​location information has been removed from completed photos before uploading. [Calendar] Offers monthly, weekly, and daily viewing options. The daily view is a timeline, directly showing who is available at what times. Technicians see their own shifts, while merchants see the entire store's schedule.

[Schedule and Leave] Schedules for off-duty hours and team shifts; permissions are set by the store to prevent employees from altering pre-arranged schedules.

[Member Management] Member search (supports comparison of multiple phone numbers), member information, bonus points and stored value balance viewing, member order history.

[Revenue and Commission] Monthly revenue overview and detailed commission breakdown. Service personnel only see their own; merchants see the entire store's information.

[Clear Permissions] Technician and merchant interfaces are two independent operating interfaces, switchable based on user role. Each function's display is determined by the permissions granted by the store, preventing employees from seeing inappropriate information.
