WHAT YOU GET
• A 10-point grade with defect-level evidence: each area (cover, spine, corners, staples, pages) shows what was observed and the frames that prove it.
• A shareable report link, a QR code, a downloadable PDF, and a Listing Card image built for marketplace photos.
• A point-in-time grade. Books change condition; generate a fresh report whenever you need a current snapshot.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your email address.
2. Buy grading credits in the app (one credit = one grade).
3. Capture seven photos and two videos with the on-screen guides.
4. Answer the condition survey (about 10 seconds for most books).
5. Submit. NuGrade returns a finished report, typically within a few minutes.

BUYER VERIFICATION
Every report has a QR code and a public URL. Buyers scan the QR or visit nugrade.app/lookup, enter the report ID, and see exactly what the grade was based on, the same evidence the owner received.

CREDIT PACKS
• Single — 1 credit
• Collector — 5 credits (save 20%)
• Dealer — 20 credits (save 30%)

If a grade fails, the credit is automatically refunded. Credits never expire.
