About this app
Nuo keeps your notes and tasks together, and gives you one private space that only you can read.
WRITE
• A block editor with slash commands: headings, checklists, tables, code blocks and images
• Drag blocks to rearrange them, and add tasks right inside a page
PLAN
• Tasks with due dates, priorities and up to 100 subtasks
• My Day: choose what you'll do today, and it resets at midnight
• A High Priority view for the things that can't wait
ORGANIZE
• Groups hold lists and pages; lists hold tasks and pages side by side
• Drag to reorder, and pin what you use most
• The Everything view searches and filters all of it at once
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Turn one group into an end-to-end encrypted space. Its notes and tasks are encrypted on your device with your passphrase before they're uploaded, so no one else can read them, including us.
• A 24-word recovery phrase gets you back in if you forget your passphrase. Lose both, and no one can recover that data.
• No ads, and your data is never sold.
• Export your pages and tasks as a file, or ask us to delete your account and all of its data.
SHARE AND SYNC
• Share a group with someone through a link and work in it together
• Edits show up on your other devices in real time
• See your Google Calendar events in Nuo, and send tasks with due dates to your calendar
