About this app

Ollify is the field app for companies that run their work on Ollify. Your employer creates your account; you sign in with it and get the part of the company's work that belongs to you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• My Schedule — the work assigned to you, by day or by week. Start, complete or undo each step as you go.
• Jobs — open a job, work through its steps, edit its details, link the records it belongs to, attach photos and files, leave comments and close it out.
• Calendar — see the company's scheduled work.
• Records — browse, search, create and update the customers, sites, vehicles and other records your company tracks. Ollify calls these entities, and every company names and shapes its own.
• Forms — fill in the forms a job asks for, right on the phone, and attach the photos they ask for as you go.
• Files — browse your company's folders, preview a file, and upload from the camera, your photo library or your device.
• Map — see the work on a map and hand off to Google Maps, Waze or another maps app for directions.
• Notifications — mentions, assignments and job activity, in the app and as push notifications.
• Search — one search across the company's jobs, records and files.
• For managers — an operations view of the team's day, and an admin control center for users, roles, workflows and company settings.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Light and dark mode. English and Spanish. An optional fingerprint or face unlock app lock. One-tap photo capture straight onto the job.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
• Ollify is sold to businesses. There is no sign-up in the app — your employer creates your account and decides what you can see.
• Ollify needs a network connection. There is no offline mode.
• What you see depends on your role and on which parts of Ollify your company subscribes to, so you may not have every feature listed above.
• The app contains no purchases. Plans and add-ons are bought on the web by someone at your company who holds billing permission.
