hi it's very frustrating after I was prompted to update the app, having done so I now find unable to play the game. each time the page goes to the shop, and I am unable to purchase tickets 5pm local time got a message that the problem was fixed. Not so tried to buy tickets, unable to same problem, tried installing and reinstalled doesn't work sorry

I have purchased last Thursday (30/10/2025) draw ticket having matched 3 numbers. According to prize break down I would have won AED 20 , but there is no confirmation message from o! millionnaire. I tried all of their customer support handles but there is no response. and more over they blocked me messaging from thier facebook social page. I already sent detailed message to the given WhatsApp number( in your review reply). But still no response from that number.

I m playing this app since long time, but after reading the reviews, I came to know that this is totally fraud no one has been received thier winning amount they are just playing with people feelings
