I was charged credits for an AI error and had to spend more credits just to fix the mistake. There’s no refund system for failed outputs, which makes the app expensive and unreliable. This needs to be fixed—users shouldn’t pay for system errors.

I tried the app taking 3 days "trail offer" for $0.01. This AI did not finish the 1 request for an app detailed with all the features I needed. After creation, I was directed to try on my phone and when I went to open to app, it said there were errors that needed to be fixed and then to fix the errors it asked me to buy more credits. Why? to fix your mistakes, I should use my credits? I think this is app is like a new scam. I would warn against this app. the trail offer also seems for $0.01.

Any time that you talk to the bot at all, it costs tokens. You start with 500. It could not accomplish the first thing that I asked, that costed tokens. I asked: if it couldn't do what I asked, why did it cost tokens..... that also costed tokens. It said if I have a billing issue to take it up with so and so. Even if it doesn't do something productive for you or you have a general question about is capabilities (because it can't do what you asked) that costs tokens. Pass this one up....
