Delta Agents is the mobile companion to the Delta Agents web dashboard, where businesses run AI agents that answer their customers by web chat, text, email and phone.

The app keeps your team on top of those conversations when you are away from your desk.

• Handoff alerts. When an AI agent passes a conversation to a person, you get a push notification. Tap it to open the conversation.
• One inbox. Read every conversation your agents are having across web chat, SMS, email and voice, with the full history.
• Reply as a person. Answer the customer yourself, right in the conversation.
• Pause the AI. Stop the agent on a conversation while you handle it, and turn it back on when you are done.
• Contacts. Look up the people your agents talk to and everything they said.
• Agent overview. See at a glance how each of your agents is doing.
• Voice test. Talk to a voice agent from your phone to hear how it sounds.

Delta Agents is built for businesses and their teams. You sign in with the account your organization set up on the Delta Agents web dashboard. Plans, billing and integrations are managed on the web; the app does not sell anything.

How Delta Agents uses AI
Each business sets up its own AI agents on the web dashboard and chooses the AI models they run on, such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini or Groq, usually with the business's own provider account. When an agent answers a customer, that model provider receives the conversation, the agent's instructions and the business knowledge it needs to reply. Phone agents send call audio to OpenAI or Retell AI. The voice test in this app sends your microphone audio to OpenAI while the test runs. Delta Agents also uses Google Gemini to search a business's knowledge, Anthropic Claude for conversation memory and help answers, and an NVIDIA safety model hosted by Vultr to check replies. Your own name and email are never sent to an AI provider.

What’s new

Call recordings: Download now saves the recording with both voices at the same level, and Original saves the file as recorded. Both open the share sheet, so you can save the file or send it.
