OpticSales by OpticEdge Africa is a business operations app for phone retailers, dealers, agents, team leaders, regional managers, and admins.

It is NOT a consumer shopping app. It is a work tool for organizations that sell and distribute mobile phones.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Sign in with your OpticEdge Africa staff or dealer account
• View role-based dashboards for Admin, Regional Manager, Team Leader, Agent, and Shop users
• Track phone inventory and device IMEI / barcode records
• Register products and scan barcodes using the camera or saved photos
• Manage purchases, stock receipts, and product lists
• Transfer devices between branches, team leaders, and agents
• Accept or decline device transfer and return requests
• Record cash sales and agent credit sales in the field
• Capture sale photos and payment details during agent selling
• Monitor agent stock, leads, and sales history
• Manage payment channels, expenses, and payouts (admin)
• View sales reports and operational summaries
• Handle vendor invitations and contract termination requests
• Browse the optional dealer/customer shop when enabled for your account
• Receive push notifications for transfers, returns, and important alerts
• Manage your profile and delete your account from Profile settings

Your organization creates your account. Open the app, sign in with your email/password or Google sign-in (if enabled), then use the menus available for your role.
