About this app

Receive, review and manage restaurant orders in real time with OrderPlate Kitchen.

The app is built for the kitchen: see new orders immediately, understand the entire order with quantities, variants, options and comments, and only accept after a deliberate review of the order details.

With OrderPlate Kitchen you can:

• View active orders in a clear kitchen overview
• View complete food content: dishes, quantity, sizes/variants, options and comments
• Review the order in detail before acceptance
• Set ready time and manage status from one overview
• Keep track of pickup and delivery
• Manage pre-orders
• Find today's and previous orders in history
• Manage operations such as busyness and temporary closure (by role)
• Receive notifications about new orders
• Print customer receipts via network printer (TCP/9100), when the printer is set up
• Handle refunds and rejections when authorized for the restaurant
• Switch between restaurants if you have access to multiple

OrderPlate Kitchen is for authorized restaurant staff. Payment by card is made on the restaurant's ordering page, not in the kitchen app.
