For too long, managers of indoor and outdoor activities (treetop adventure courses, escape rooms, canoeing, etc.) have had to make do with what they have to run their businesses on a daily basis.

And what they have to work with… Sometimes it's a notebook, a pen, a phone, and a good dose of luck to keep things running smoothly 🍀

Other times, it's using software originally designed for HR. Because there's nothing else available, and who knows, maybe it'll work by some fluke. But hey 🤓

Still other times, it's adopting a multitude of tools, each for one or two specific functions. And then getting completely lost (aka the 36 open tabs we all know so well) 😱

In short, we figured there was something we could do to make managers' daily lives simpler. Really simpler. So we got to work.

Osmoopolis is the result of a merger between Guidap (10 years of experience in outdoor activities) and 4escape (10 years of experience in indoor activities). More specifically, it's an all-in-one software solution designed for professionals in the leisure (indoor & outdoor), culture, and heritage sectors.

• Quotes and Invoicing: Create quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and track payments. Easy management in just a few clicks. No more endless back and forth.
