Ratings and reviews

Pairing the device to the app was simple, but the tracking function doesn't work per the advertised time frame. I received an AI response stating that the tracker will only display the location while it's in movement. Not true. I set it to Emergency (2mins) and drove for 20 minutes and it still displayed I was at home 4 hours later. It'll eventually update, but if you need real time tracking. This device/app will NOT do the trick. I was fine with a delay, but not hours.

trackers work when they want to. i used these last year for my kids and they worked great with random issues here and there but i started using them again and its nothing but "check your device," 'battery is dead' then turns around and works fantastically for a day then refuses to again. idc whats going on and it keeps saying one is at a restaurant 2 miles away....we never go there

The latest upgrade is great aside to having dark mode, the most important part is now shows battery percentage and able to retrieve tracker health 👍 user feedback translated into real action 🙂
