About this app

OutOnTime paces you through getting ready, so you actually leave when you planned to. One honest number shows your real spare minutes, live — and when you fall behind, the plan adapts instead of collapsing.

WHAT IT DOES

• Plan backwards from your departure time. Add your real steps — shower, get dressed, pack, last check — and OutOnTime builds a paced timeline that ends at the moment you need to be out.

• Follow one step at a time. While you get ready, the app shows what to do now, what comes next, and a single live buffer: exactly how many spare minutes you really have, computed from what is actually left to do — not from a best-case guess.

• Running late? The remaining steps re-pace themselves and the app tells you the one thing that matters: when to wrap the current step to stay on track. No alarms cascade, no guilt — a concrete instruction at the moment it applies.

• End with an honest debrief. After every run you see where the time really went — planned versus available versus actually used, step by step. Feed those real durations back into your routine, and next week's plan is built on evidence instead of optimism.

BUILT ON THE RESEARCH

Chronic lateness is rarely laziness. The planning fallacy makes nearly everyone underestimate how long things take, and for people who experience time blindness, the gap is wider still. OutOnTime is designed around what the research actually supports: breaking routines into concrete steps, planning backwards from the deadline, and confronting real past durations instead of hopeful estimates. PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account. No backend. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your routines and your history are stored on your device and nowhere else.

GOOD FOR

Morning routines with a fixed leave time, the school run, getting ready for work, making the train, evenings out — any departure you cannot miss.
