About this app
Parqueate connects those looking for parking with those who have an available space. No more circling the block or arriving at a parking lot that's already full.
HOW IT WORKS
Search the map for parking lots near your destination.
Choose the day, arrival time, and departure time.
Make your offer. The owner accepts it or offers a different price.
Once you confirm, your space is reserved, and you pay the parking lot directly.
FOR DRIVERS
• See what's available near your destination, along with rates and hours. • Book by the minute, hour, day, or month, depending on what each location offers. • Offer your price: if the owner agrees, close the deal. • Register your vehicles and choose which one you'll arrive in. • Receive booking notifications and a reminder before your reservation expires. • Save your favorite parking lots for faster booking next time.
FOR OWNERS
Do you have an available parking space at your home, building, or business? Publish your parking space and set your own terms.
• Define your rates, hours of operation, and the number of spaces you offer. • Receive requests and respond: accept, offer a different price, or decline. • Keep track of who's in the space, who's arriving today, and who's about to leave. • Check your occupancy and booking history. • Deactivate your parking space whenever you need to, and reactivate it later.
ONE APP FOR BOTH SIDES
The same account works for both booking and renting. Switch views whenever you want, without registering again.
HOW TO PAY
You pay for parking directly to the owner, using their preferred payment method: cash, Nequi, or bank transfer. Parqueate charges the owner a commission for each accepted booking, not the driver.
BEFORE LISTING YOUR PARKING SPACE
We review each parking space's documentation before approving it. The owner is responsible for the vehicle's care during its stay; Parqueate is simply the platform that connects them.
WHERE IT WORKS
Parqueate operates in Colombia. Prices are in Colombian pesos.
