Parta Identity Tag turns NFC badges into device-bound cryptographic identities for physical access control, without a central credential database.
HOW IT WORKS
Each badge (NTAG424 DNA) holds a private key protected through split-knowledge encryption. When a badge is presented to a reader, the system issues a cryptographic challenge and verifies the signature using Ed25519. No password, PIN, or shared secret ever crosses the wire.

WHY IT MATTERS
Traditional access systems rely on databases of credentials that, if breached, expose every badge at once. With Identity Tag, each badge carries its own cryptographic identity. A centralised breach surface is eliminated by design: there is no single store of secrets for an attacker to target.

Identity Tag works alongside Identity IoT and the broader Identity Layer platform, a stateless verification infrastructure built around device-bound Ed25519 keys.
This app requires a Parta Identity account provisioned by your organization. Account management and provisioning are handled through the Parta web platform (parta.app), not inside this app.
